On Thursday evening, four year 11 pupils took part in the Runshaw Maths Challenge where they completed three rounds of very testing Maths questions competing against over twenty other teams.  After a very hard fought three rounds (the organisers said anyone in the top 16 was in with a chance of winning after round 2), we did very well to place 4th.

Mrs Bridges, who took the team, said, "It was great to see the pupils working so well together and supporting each other.  They represented the school brilliantly and were a great credit to the Maths department".

Well done to Bethany, Liam, Eryk and Alfie for all their hard work.
