To celebrate National Poetry Day, on Thursday, Mrs Rigg, our school librarian, set up a fun activity in the library to encourage pupils to create book spine poetry. Miss O'Malley, Second in English, created an example and pupils had the opportunity to create their own. The activity inspired lots of pupils to get creative with literature and poetry!
